heres how to put the matsys_regressiontest/background in your gmod as a texture:

• open gmod
• select any map
• wait until the game is finished loading it
• hold the letter Q
• look the addon that it says "submaterial"
• once you found it click submaterial
• & type matsys_regressiontest/background on the texture id
• pick a prop
• and place the texture with the matsys_regressiontest/background texture
• and your done!
